Aveli is a minimally invasive, one-time procedure that directly targets and treats the cause of cellulite.  Cellulite is the dimpling on the back of the thighs and in the buttock caused by fibrous bands.   These fibrous, or septal, bands need to be released to give the smooth appearance that is desired.  Aveli works by manually targeting these fibrous bands and directly excising and releasing the cellulite dimpling.

This one-time procedure is done in the office and typically takes about 90 minutes depending on the area being treated.  You can expect some discomfort during the numbing process but should be comfortable once completely numbed. Pain, bruising, soreness and swelling are the most common side effects to expect afterwards.  Down time is minimal, and most people go back to their normal activities the next day. You can expect to see results starting at 4 weeks once swelling and bruising have subsided and full results typically at 3 months.
