All I can say is WOW-Dr. Lawrence is my HERO! I am 44 years old and I am 7 days post op from a lower face and neck lift. I look amazing! My neck and jowls have bothered me since my 20s. I am so glad that I trusted Dr. Lawrence with my procedure. She is a rockstar surgeon. I had very little swelling and almost no bruising. My incisions are well hidden and I look incredible. I haven’t smiled like this in a long time. My husband and I looked at my pre-op photos today compared to the new me and he said... "Wow- you looked so unhappy in these and now you have a different glow to you!" From the consult to the surgery, Dr. Lawrence and her staff have gone above and beyond for me. They are so kind and have the best bedside manner. I had a mild freak out after surgery with the head wrap and Dr. Lawrence was happy to redo it for me (several times) until I felt comfortable. I’ve had several procedures at this office, and I’ve been very happy at the outcomes for all of them, One of the procedures was the PDO facelift. I had sagging jowls and a small chin that made them look even worse. I am scared of surgery, so I thought I’d look into the PDO. I didn’t look normal for about 3 weeks, which, for some reason, I wasn’t expecting. One side of my face was swollen and the other wasn’t - I thought maybe they’d messed up. I will say that Dr. Lawrence was very supportive, even offering to do the procedure again or something else to fix it if it remained a problem. The swelling finally went down, but then I didn’t see very much difference for the next several months. However, it’s now been a year, and the collagen production has kicked in. I now look 10 years younger than my age, did not pay a fortune, and did not have to take the risk that comes with any surgery.I see that the person I had for this (Angela) is no longer at the office,, but I wanted to explain my experience for people who might be considering this procedure. I am going to do it again in a few years. More
8 months post op - I had a bandaid face lift with Dr. Marisa Lawrence. I am very pleased with her work, it’s only been 2 days but even with the swelling I like my results. I am not going to post pictures until after the sutures are removed. Then I will show a before and after. But I highly recommend her. The procedure was smooth, you don’t feel any pain during and after the pain is minimal if any. Plus of course she prescribed pain meds and antibiotics. I definitely recommend her if your looking for good work.Updated on 13 Dec 2022:They have removed all of my other comments. They only show the ones two days after the procedure. I spoke of how I did not like the way she cut me after the swelling went down. It was horrible how she cut me in the front. She responded to the negative and they were removed only leaving the nice comment. Do not go to her, I had no idea I was cut so badly and the scar isn’t worth it, people look at my ear line all the time, they know something was done and to be truthful I don’t even see a difference in my face. I only thought I did because of the swelling, the swelling made it look tight, when the swelling went down my face didn’t change at all. And now I am left with these horrible scars.I would never recommend this women to my worst enemy. Why would someone want a procedure with such obvious scars, what she did was disgusting. More

Worth the drive to Atlanta! - My skin was definately losing volume and deep labial folds were appearing. I thought the only option would be a facelift. But the doctor offered me several options and explained them thoroughly. I am very happy with the procedure I chose. It was well worth my eight hour drive to get to Dr. Lawrence!!! More

Great experience! - My experience with Dr. Lawrence and her entire team was the best. I received quality, personalized care before, during and after a partial face lift. My goal was having my aging neck and lower jawline lifted while keeping a natural look to my face. That mission was more than accomplished. After three weeks, I looked refreshed and most people asked if I'd lost weight. She is a true surgical artist. As others have mentioned, I wouldn't trust my skin with anyone other than Dr Lawrence and her professional staff. More

Saggy to Tight, in Just a Few Hours. Atlanta, GA - In my 50's, thanks to too much time in the sun watching my kids play sports, I looked like I was in my 70's from saggy skin. Now in my 60's I still look like I am in my 50's. People cannot believe how old I am. The best part is you could not tell that I have had a face lift. Facelift...flawless!!! - At 57 years of age and still having a teenager to keep up with ,,,I felt that my face just didn't match my zest for life and my high energy level. After meeting a patient of Dr. Lawrence's who had just had a facelift my anxieties were all but gone. The woman was"retro"ed! There was no pulled tight appearance but just a refreshed and rejuvenated look. I proceeded with the facelift procedure and am now seven weeks out.
